Walking Together for St. Jude: Honoring Beau’s Legacy

For many years, Beau Truesdale Wedding Venues has proudly supported the St. Jude Walk/Run Jersey Shore, a nationwide event uniting communities to fight childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. This year, we continued our tradition of giving back, joining thousands across the country to make a meaningful difference.

The Jersey Shore event featured a scenic 5K, family-friendly activities, and live entertainment. Guests and participants were encouraged to form teams and raise funds to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude.

Our venues—Clarks Landing Yacht Club, The Mill Lakeside Manor, and The Bradford Estate—have long been involved in this important cause. Over the years, through sponsorships, alumni events, and the support of our couples and community, we have helped raise more than $80,000 for St. Jude alongside our sister company, Clarks Landing Yacht Sales. This year alone, our $15,000 sponsorship, combined with the generosity of our wedding community, helped raise an additional $7,285 for pediatric care and research.

Supporting St. Jude has been a meaningful tradition for our venues, and it’s incredible to see our couples, staff, and community come together year after year.”

Through initiatives like the St. Jude Walk/Run sponsorship and other charitable efforts, Beau Truesdale Wedding Venues remains committed to supporting children and families facing serious health challenges. Every contribution ensures families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food—because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
